Terms of Service
By submission of this form you guarantee payment of all charges in behalf of the unit owner made for or on account of work performed inside a unit. Payment will be expected at time of service including any amount that could be reimbursed by the Association. You must submit your written request to the Association with all necessary documentation of work performed to receive reimbursement of reasonable fees and costs. Service providers do not become involved in disputes between you and the Association regarding insurance deductibles, co-payments, non-covered or denied services. It is your responsibility to pay the entire balance due in full. Any unpaid balance is subject to a five percent (5%) late fee of unpaid balance and shall accrue interest at the highest allowable interest rate. In the event that this account is placed with a collection agency or attorney you agree to pay all fees and costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees. In the event you deny service after making this request, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us against all claims or action that may result from that denial or inability to pay.
